Buying or Selling During the Covid-19 Pandemic

Let me begin this blog by letting you all know that the health and well-being of  my clients, my partners and the community is my #1 priority. I am here to guide you to make fact-based decisions if you need to sell your home (or buy one) since life must go on for those people who are in situations where they need to move. I am committed to adapting my services to help prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus.

Selling

I have options available to help you with the sale of your home. To list your house, we can use video conferencing instead of an in-home consultation. With a tour on your phone, tablet or laptop I can gather enough information to put your property on the market. I can also offer in-home consultations with rules and restrictions provided you meet the criteria.

Showings

A full home inspection and video tour with floor plans will give buyers the chance to offer without actually visiting your home. And, if we need to show your home, we are able to limit the number of showings and provide all the precautions including a hand washing station and anything else Health Canada recommends to lower everyone’s risk of infection.

Buying

I can provide virtual face time tours and send and receive offer via e-signature. There is also an option for in-person showings provided clients meet the criteria and abide by certain rules and restrictions.
